On 13 June 2023, Green Hydrogen Systems published a prospectus and initiated an offering of new shares with pre-emptive rights for existing shareholders. The trading period for pre-emptive rights is 15 – 28 June 2023, and the subscription period for new shares is 19 – 30 June 2023. Expectedly, the publication of result of the offering will be announced 4 July 2023.
